  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
  • Prices are listed in PKR.
  • Orders may be confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect information, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
  • WhitaCare remains responsible for the order until it is successfully delivered to the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

Note: Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
